We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Refund Policy
Leen.pk does not offer any refunds. However, Leen.pk facilitates its customers by offering an exchange within 30 days of order receipt.
Exchange Policy
At Leen.pk, our customers are our first priority. Our customer care team will facilitate you at each step if you wish to exchange your purchased item. The help you need is just a call away!
Domestic Orders:
Valid Days of Exchange:
Any article purchased online can be exchanged from our stores as well as online within 30 days, once the article has been delivered, provided that the customer has proof of purchase. Customers who opt for the online exchange process will have to bear courier charges (Rs. 200) for exchange.
Proof of Purchase:
This includes either a receipt or the online order confirmation email.
Conditions Qualified for Exchange:
Articles are qualified for exchange only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition, and the original invoice is present. Also, a valid reason for requesting an exchange must be provided, such as if the article is defective, incorrect in size, or wrong item delivered.
Process of Online Exchange:
It usually takes 7–10 days to complete the online exchange process after it has been verified.
Items Not Allowed for Exchange:
Articles purchased on discount or sale are not eligible for exchange.
International Orders:
Currently, Leen.pk does not have an Exchange/Return policy for international orders. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our customer care department for further assistance.
Important Note:
Please take pictures of the package and invoice before opening your order and keep them until you confirm that your order is complete and intact. This will help resolve any complaints quickly in case of incorrect or damaged items.
Order Cancellation
Customers can cancel orders at any time before the order has been processed.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS along with your COD amount and tracking ID. After delivery, the above-mentioned exchange policy will apply.
Leen.pk reserves the right to cancel any order in cases such as:
- Item out of stock
- Pricing errors
- Credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution
