Domestic Orders (Pakistan)
Exchange Window: You may exchange any item purchased online within 30 days of delivery. Whether you prefer to visit a physical location or process your exchange online, we are happy to help, provided you have a valid proof of purchase.
The Essentials for Exchange: To qualify for an exchange, please ensure the following:
Condition: The article must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Documentation: All original tags must be intact, and the original invoice or digital order confirmation must be presented.
Reasoning: A valid reason (e.g., size issue, defect, or incorrect item) must be provided.
Online Exchange Logistics:
Courier Charges: For exchanges processed via pickup/delivery, a standard flat fee of 200 PKR applies.
Timeline: Once your request is verified, the process typically takes 7–10 working days to complete.
Non-Exchangeable Items: Please note that items purchased during sales or promotional events are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
International Orders
Currently, Leen does not offer a standard exchange or return policy for international shipments.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer care department immediately.
Pro Tip: We highly recommend taking photos of the package and the invoice before opening. These images are vital for our team to resolve your complaint swiftly and accurately.
Order Cancellation
Before Processing: You may cancel your order at any time before it enters the processing stage.
After Shipping: Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS containing your tracking ID. At this point, the standard exchange policy applies upon delivery.
Right to Cancel: Leen reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, or payment authorization issues.
